What an incredible experience! Bethany is very knowledgeable and can explain complex anatomy in a way that is easy to understand. She was also able to answer any questions quickly and give the why behind each concept. There was plenty of hands on time to practice the movements as well. I am very happy I took this course and I will be back for more!
